Do we need a finished brief?
No. Start with your business, current website and what needs to change. We’ll clarify the next step and whether a separate discovery stage is needed.
What is the difference between Core and Bespoke?
Both include custom design and development. Core has a defined scope. Bespoke projects are planned around more involved content, audiences or technical requirements.
What does a website cost?
Our core website is $2,500 AUD for a defined scope of up to five core pages. More involved projects are individually scoped. We confirm the work, responsibilities and fees before you commit.
How long does it take?
The core website usually takes 4–6 weeks from the agreed start, subject to content and approvals. Bespoke timelines depend on the scope and dependencies. Your proposal sets out the schedule.
Do you write our content?
The core website includes organisation and light editing of copy you supply. If the project needs original writing or substantial content work, we agree the approach, responsibilities and additional scope before starting.
Can our team be involved?
Yes. We agree who contributes and who approves. One nominated lead brings feedback together so the project keeps moving with a shared direction.
Is discovery included?
Focused planning is part of the core website. A more involved project may need a separate discovery stage. We agree its deliverables and fee before carrying it out.
How many review rounds are included?
The core website includes up to two focused rounds at each agreed design stage. Bespoke proposals specify their review stages and allowances. Changes to approved work are discussed before additional work begins.
Can we update the website ourselves?
Yes, through the agreed editable CMS areas. Training and handover arrangements are confirmed in your proposal.
Do we own the website?
After final payment, you own the approved website and client-specific deliverables, subject to third-party licences. Pre-existing studio tools and reusable code remain with us.
Will the site work on mobile?
Responsive design and implementation are included. We test the agreed website across common browsers and device sizes.
Will you guarantee Google or AI search rankings?
No. We implement agreed search foundations, but no studio can control which pages a search engine ranks or an AI service recommends.
Is Managed Care compulsory?
No. You can arrange upkeep after handover or choose an agreed care service. Standard Managed Care is $150 AUD per month for eligible websites we build.
Does the same care plan fit every website?
Not necessarily. More involved hosting, functionality or support requirements may need a different arrangement. We confirm the appropriate scope and cost before launch.
What is included after launch?
The core website includes 30 days of fault support for the agreed build. Bespoke proposals set out their support arrangements. New features, new content and ongoing upkeep are separate from fault support unless agreed otherwise.
Can you rebuild an existing website?
Yes, subject to review. We agree the content, URL changes and functionality before building. Larger migrations and more involved requirements are assessed for a bespoke scope.
