This policy explains how CRACKDESIGNS handles information provided through this website and enquiries to the studio. Contact Rhys using the enquiry form below with privacy questions or requests.
What you share.
When you enquire, we collect your name, email address and project description. You can optionally provide your website, preferred timing and how you found us. Further correspondence may include information needed to discuss, quote or deliver your project.
Please avoid sending passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form. Optional fields can be left blank. Without contact details, we may be unable to respond.
Why we need it.
We use enquiry information to respond, assess whether the project fits, prepare proposals and manage the working relationship. We also use relevant technical information to operate the website and investigate misuse or faults.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Where it goes.
Website submissions are processed by our website hosting and email services. When direct form delivery is enabled, Resend processes the message for delivery to our studio inbox. If you use a direct email link, your email provider also processes the message.
Messages and related correspondence may be held in our mailbox and business records. Hosting and email providers may process information outside Australia. Contact us if you need details about the services handling your enquiry before you submit it.
We do not sell enquiry information. We may share information with service providers supporting the work, with your permission where appropriate, or where required by law.
The technical details.
Hosting services may record IP addresses, request times, browser details and errors to operate and protect the website. The enquiry endpoint uses temporary, hashed identifiers to limit repeated submissions. These temporary counters are not a customer database.
We use Google Analytics to understand visits, pages viewed, external link clicks and whether our enquiry form is used successfully. Analytics may use cookies and process technical and usage information outside Australia. We do not send your name, email address or enquiry contents to Analytics. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. You can restrict cookies through your browser or use Google’s Analytics opt-out tools. Fonts are served with the website.
Links to client websites, Google reviews and other external services open sites with their own privacy practices.
Keep what is needed.
We retain correspondence and project records for as long as reasonably needed to manage enquiries, provide services, meet recordkeeping obligations and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete information that is no longer needed, subject to legal obligations and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
We use access controls and the security features of our service providers to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Use the enquiry form below to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. Describe your request without including unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing records.
We will review your request and explain the outcome or any further steps. If your concern remains unresolved, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner can provide information about available complaint pathways.
