These terms explain the use of the CRACKDESIGNS website. A commissioned project is governed by its agreed proposal and service agreement, together with rights that apply under Australian law. Sending an enquiry does not create a project agreement.
A useful starting point.
Service descriptions, guides and pricing help you assess the studio and its offer. We aim to keep them accurate, but availability and requirements can change. Your written proposal confirms the scope, deliverables, fees, timing and responsibilities for your project.
Prices are in Australian dollars. GST treatment is stated beside the relevant price. Published timeframes are estimates dependent on agreed scope, content, feedback and approvals.
Use it thoughtfully.
You may browse this website, link to its public pages and contact us about relevant work. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access private systems, submit malicious files or use the enquiry form for spam or unlawful activity.
Only provide information and materials you are entitled to share. Do not impersonate another person when making an enquiry.
Respect the work.
Website copy, design and original studio assets belong to CRACKDESIGNS or their respective rights holders. Client names, logos, testimonials and third-party materials remain the property of their owners. Their appearance here does not transfer rights to visitors.
You may link to our content and use it as permitted by law. Ask before reproducing substantial material or using our work commercially. Ownership and licensing of commissioned work are addressed in the project agreement.
Read the context.
Client projects and studio concepts are labelled separately. Testimonials describe an individual client’s experience. Neither a testimonial nor a project example promises the same commercial result for another business.
We do not guarantee a particular search ranking, AI recommendation, traffic level, enquiry volume or revenue. Guides and comparisons explain considerations and are not a substitute for assessing your own requirements.
