Care covers the routine upkeep agreed in your plan. New pages, new features, substantial content changes and redesigns are separate work, with their own scope and quote. Design and development are not unlimited.

The core website includes training, recorded handover guidance and 30 days of fault support. Bespoke projects set out their handover and support arrangements in the proposal. Ongoing care is optional.

Does the same care plan fit every website?
Not necessarily. More involved hosting, functionality or support requirements may need a different arrangement. We confirm the appropriate scope and cost before launch.
How is this different from launch support?
Core launch support covers faults in the agreed build for 30 days. Managed Care is optional, ongoing upkeep with hosting, monitoring, maintenance, CMS help and a monthly content allowance.
What counts as a small content change?
A small update to existing website content. We check each request before starting. New pages, features and substantial content production need a separate quote.
Do unused changes carry over?
No. The allowance resets each month.
How quickly will a request be completed?
We confirm timing for each request. Response times and service arrangements are agreed in your Managed Care agreement before you sign up.
Can we stop Managed Care?
Yes. Either party can end it under the Managed Care agreement, which sets out notice and handover arrangements.
