What is your pricing structure?
Simple, transparent pricing: $2,000 AUD one-time for your complete website build, plus $120/month for fully managed hosting and ongoing support. This covers everything from initial design and development through to ongoing maintenance. If you prefer to host it yourself, we offer full project handover for $500 (no ongoing support included).
Why $120/month?
The $120/month managed service includes production hosting, uptime monitoring, security and dependency updates, performance monitoring and tuning, contact form and email delivery monitoring, domain and DNS assistance, minor fixes and break/fix support, plus up to 30 minutes per calendar month of content updates. Your website stays fast, secure, and running smoothly without you having to manage servers, updates, or technical issues.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The $2,000 build covers your complete website. The $120/month covers hosting, security, monitoring, and basic updates. Larger changes or new features are quoted separately so you always know costs upfront before work begins.
Can I cancel the managed service anytime?
Yes, 30 days written notice required. You keep the website and code, but support and hosting stop after the notice period. If you want to continue hosting elsewhere, we help export everything and provide deployment documentation (self-hosting handover fee applies).
What if I want to host it myself?
We offer a $500 AUD one-time handover fee for site export, deployment instructions, and a basic walkthrough. You own all the code and can host it anywhere. No ongoing support is included with self-hosting.
