Let’s talk

MORE TO CONSIDER.
LET’S GET IT RIGHT.

More pages. Different audiences. A bigger change. Start with the right questions, then agree the right scope.

Individually scoped website projects.

Let’s talk

A website shaped
around the brief.

A more involved website needs more than a longer page list.

You may be bringing several services together, speaking to different audiences or replacing a website with years of content. We start by understanding those requirements and the people involved.

A larger content structure.

Plan the pages, relationships and editing requirements around the information your business needs to share.

Different customer journeys.

Give each audience a clear way to understand the offer, find relevant evidence and take the next step.

A considered transition.

Assess existing pages, content and connected services before agreeing how the new website will replace the old one.

Requirements worth checking.

Tell us about integrations, specialist content or functionality early. We confirm what we can deliver and where additional expertise is needed before committing.

Define it before
we build it.

The proposal should reflect the actual work.

Our first conversation establishes the goals and likely fit. If substantial investigation is needed, we propose a separate discovery stage with its own scope and fee before carrying it out.

  • Agreed goals and priority audiences.
  • Page/content plan and responsibilities.
  • Technical dependencies and migration considerations.
  • Delivery stages, assumptions and an informed build proposal.

One lead.
A shared direction.

Bring the people who need a voice in the project. We agree how feedback and approvals work, with one nominated lead keeping the decisions coordinated.

Clear scope.
Clear investment.

Your proposal sets out the deliverables, responsibilities, review stages, fees and schedule. If the brief changes, we agree the effect on cost and timing before proceeding.

Compare project options

After launch,
a plan that fits.

Support and upkeep should match the website we deliver. We confirm the appropriate arrangement as part of the project, rather than assuming every website needs the same plan.

A few good
questions.

What does a website cost?

Our core website is $6,000 AUD + GST for a defined scope of up to five core pages. More involved projects are individually scoped. We confirm the work, responsibilities and fees before you commit.

Is discovery included?

Focused planning is part of the core website. A more involved project may need a separate discovery stage. We agree its deliverables and fee before carrying it out.

How long does it take?

The core website usually takes 4–6 weeks from the agreed start, subject to content and approvals. Bespoke timelines depend on the scope and dependencies. Your proposal sets out the schedule.

Do you write our content?

The core website includes organisation and light editing of copy you supply. If the project needs original writing or substantial content work, we agree the approach, responsibilities and additional scope before starting.

Can you handle integrations?

We assess the systems, access and requirements first. Your proposal identifies what we can deliver and any additional expertise needed. We do not assume every integration is a straightforward addition.

Does the same care plan fit every website?

Not necessarily. More involved hosting, functionality or support requirements may need a different arrangement. We confirm the appropriate scope and cost before launch.
